$25 nonrefundable deposit is required to book. (This goes towards the total of your service) Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will result in loss of deposit & 50% cancellation fee of service booked. Same day cancellations will result in a 100% fee of service booked & loss of deposit. If you need to reschedule you can use the same deposit if you rescheduled before 24 hours of appointment. No show no calls will be charged 100% fee of service booked. If you are running late let me know! I have a 15min grace period. 20 mins late = $20 fee 30mins late = appointment is cancelled and a new deposit will be required to book.
